- Abhyangam (Ghee, Fruit, or Oil): The foundational full-body massage using medicated oils tailored to your body type. It nourishes and harmonises the mind, body, and spirit.
- IAvagaha Sweda: A therapeutic soaking bath in warm, anti-vata herbal water. This treatment promotes perspiration to support the body's natural cleansing processes and is deeply soothing for sore muscles and joints.
- Bashpasweda: A herbal steam bath where the body is cocooned in medicinal steam. It helps open the pores, supports the body's natural cleansing, and is excellent for physical recovery and comfort.
- Choornasweda (Podikizhi): A therapeutic sweating treatment using heated linen bundles filled with herbal powders. It is highly effective for relieving muscular tension and promoting joint comfort.
- Greeva Vasti: A treatment where a dough reservoir is placed on the neck to hold warm, medicated oil. It is deeply beneficial for supporting neck comfort and easing tension.
- Kativasti: Similar to Greeva Vasti, this treatment uses a dough reservoir on the lower back to hold warm, medicated oil. It is designed to ease muscular tension in the lumbar region.
- Karna Pooranam: A gentle ear treatment involving the application of warm, purified medicated oil. It is a traditional practice for cleansing and supporting ear comfort.
- Marma Energy: A rejuvenation treatment using ginger herbal oil compresses and energy-balancing massage. It revitalises the body's energy points and helps relieve physical tension and fatigue.
- Netra Tarpana: An eye treatment using medicated ghee held in a reservoir around the eyes. It is recommended for relieving eye strain and bringing refreshing comfort to tired eyes.
- Netradhara: A soothing eye-cleansing treatment using a cooling stream of herbal extracts. It is designed to relax strained eyes and support overall eye comfort.
- Open Chakra Balancing Massage: A comprehensive two-hour treatment integrating deep-tissue massage, reflexology, and energy work. This session focuses on balancing the seven chakras to promote a sense of harmony across the mind, body, and spirit.
- Pada Abhyangam: A stimulating acupressure-point massage for the lower legs and feet. It promotes skin vitality, encourages relaxation, and relieves lingering tiredness.
- Padaghata: A unique treatment where the therapist uses their soles to massage the body, supported by a ceiling-mounted rope. It targets deep-seated stiffness in the joints and muscles.
- Patrasweda (Elakizhi): A sudation therapy using heated linen bundles filled with medicinal leaves and coconut. This treatment supports relief from muscular discomfort and stiffness.
- Pizhichil: A "royal" oil bath treatment where warm, medicated oil is squeezed over the body from linen bundles. It is an effective treatment for easing fatigue and supporting musculoskeletal comfort.
- Sarvangadhara: A continuous, rhythmic flow of herbal oil, milk, or buttermilk poured over the entire body. It calms the nervous system, relaxes the muscles, and promotes circulation.
- Shastika Pinda Sweda (Njavara Kizhi): A strengthening treatment using rice cooked in milk and herbal decoctions, applied in linen bundles. It is effective for toning the tissues and supporting joint comfort.
- Shiroabhyangam: A soothing head, neck, and shoulder massage using warm herbal oils. This practice encourages better circulation, promotes sound sleep, and helps ease head tension.
- Shirodhara / Ksheerdhara: A continuous, steady flow of warm herbal oil or medicated milk poured onto the forehead. This treatment deeply relaxes the nervous system and relieves stress.
- Shiropichu: A focused treatment involving a cloth dipped in herbal oil placed gently on the forehead. It is highly effective for calming the mind, encouraging restful sleep, and soothing the scalp.
- Shirovasti: A treatment where a leather sleeve is placed on the head to hold warm, medicated oils. It is a traditional practice for deep mental relaxation and calming the nervous system.
- Snana: A traditional therapeutic bathing ritual using warm water boiled with specific tree barks and herbs. This cleansing treatment leaves the skin feeling soft and refreshed, promoting an overall sense of well-being.
- Sundararya Varddhini: An Ayurvedic facial treatment using herbal packs, creams, and oils. It is designed to tone and firm the skin, leaving you with a refreshed and radiant appearance.
- Talapotichil: A cooling treatment where a thick layer of medicinal paste is applied to the crown of the head. It is effective for mental stress relief and promoting deep relaxation.
- Udwartana: A vigorous massage using a special blend of medicated herbal powders. This treatment supports metabolism and tones the skin.
- Upanaha Sweda: The local application of a warm, medicinal herbal paste poultice to specific areas of the body. This treatment is deeply comforting and supports the relief of muscle or tissue tension.
- Urovasti: A targeted treatment where a dough reservoir is placed on the chest to hold medicated oil. It is designed to ease tension held in the chest and support emotional release.
